These women are all originally from Michigan but several of them have scattered to other parts of the country. That hasn’t stopped them from getting together periodically to keep their friendship alive and when they do they like to include doing something crafty. Sew Crafty was lucky enough to be their chosen activity when they got together in the Triangle recently. They chose to each make a tote bag, so Toni had a nice selection of tote bag fabrics pre-cut to expedite the process and each woman customized her bag by selecting a different combination of bag fabric and pocket and strap fabric. Most of them also created a unique applique to put on the pocket. Everyone was very happy with their bag and they all had a great time! YOU can schedule a sewing party , too!
