The “Twirly Skirts” are everybody’s favorite!
Every week 9 girls spend 6 hours each day sewing and crafting and having a blast! So many wonderful things are being created, and along with those things a whole lot of confidence and pride is being created as well! It turns out that the favorite new sewing project this summer is the “Twirly Skirts”. It is so much fun to see how different each girl’s skirt can be even though they are all made the same way. Tote bags, dresses, tops, stuffed animals, small quilts and so many more things are being created by the girls. Stop in one day if you find yourself in Downtown Durham, Monday thru Friday between 9:30AM and 3:30PM. You can’t imagine how much fun we’re having unless you see it for yourself!
