This class is a great opportunity to get a feel for making a quilt. Since it’s a wall hanging it’s obviously much smaller than a quilt but it has most of the same qualities. You can choose the color scheme you want to use from all the pre-cut trapezoids that will be available to you. You’ll make 4 “blocks” and then they get trimmed to be perfect squares. You will then piece them together with “sashing”. This 3 hour class will not provide enough time to actually quilt the pieced top to batting and backing fabric but your can come back to learn how to do that OR, if you have your own machine, I will explain how you can do it at home. Don’t worry – it’s easy!
